Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of bowlaneleads.com and any services provided by Bow Lane Leads ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services or submitting an inquiry through this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

Bow Lane Leads provides website design, development, and lead management services for small businesses. The specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for each engagement are outlined in the service agreement provided before work begins. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreement.

Payment Terms

Services are provided at a flat monthly rate with no setup fee. The first month's payment is due before work begins. Subsequent monthly fees are billed automatically on the 1st of each month via Stripe.

• You will receive an email receipt from Stripe after each charge
• Failure to pay monthly fees may result in suspension or termination of services

The monthly fee covers active hosting, maintenance, and management of your website and lead system. All payments are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All monthly fees are non-refundable. Each payment covers the cost of actively hosting, maintaining, and managing your website and lead system for that billing period. If you cancel, service continues through the end of your current paid month — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, including services offered, contact details, and service area
• Respond to review requests and approval prompts in a timely manner
• Provide any required assets (logo, photos, brand colors) when applicable
• Notify us promptly of any changes to contact information or services that affect the website or lead system

Delays caused by failure to provide required information or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.

Ownership

Upon completion of setup and receipt of full payment:

• The client's domain name remains in the client's name at all times
• All lead data collected through the system belongs to the client
• Website content specific to the client's business (text, images, branding) belongs to the client

Bow Lane Leads retains the right to use general design frameworks, templates, and systems across multiple client engagements.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the monthly service at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Monthly billing will cease at the end of the current billing period
• Your website will remain live through the end of your last paid month — after that, it will be taken offline. Hosting is included as part of the active subscription and stops when the subscription ends.
• The client retains full access to their domain, Google Sheet lead log, and any other assets in their name
• The lead intake form and notification system will be deactivated

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately in cases of non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Bow Lane Leads is not liable for:

• Lost leads or revenue resulting from technical issues outside our control, including third-party service outages (Google, Twilio, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Actions taken based on AI-generated summaries provided through the lead system

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
